La Plonge Indian Reserve Evacuation Support

Evacuation date:  July 2, 2025

If you were evacuated from La Plonge Indian Reserve due to wildfire, there is support available to you. Please see below to find out what support you are qualified for.

Emergency Financial Support

If you are a La Plonge Indian Reserve resident and were over the age of 18 on June 20, 2025, you will receive $500 in emergency financial assistance. The SPSA is working with the community leadership to distribute these funds. More information on how to receive your payment will be available shortly.

Food Support

La Plonge Indian Reserve evacuees are being supported by community. If you need evacuation support, please contact community leadership or call the SK Wildfire Inquiry line at 1-855-559-5502, available Monday through between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
