Impacts Values lost. Closure of Narrow Hills Provincial Park. East Trout-Nipekamew Lakes Recreation Site is closed. 

Crews will continue to work off dozer guard on both sides of Highway 106 with crews working both north and south of the communications tower. Crews will also be working north of Narrow Lake Road to extinguish the perimeter to secure line closest to Big Sandy.

Division B: Working along Highway 155 with crews suppressing hotspots around power lines. Working with Gel Systems further north of Little Amyot Lake heading north on Highway 155 spraying down power poles for protection. Establishing dozer guard from Little Amyot Lake, tight lining fire perimeter.

 

Division C: Crews are around Pad 10 on the southern perimeter extinguishing hotspots. Heavy Equipment working the south flank.

 

Division D: Continuing to mop up active fire perimeter east and west of Highway 914. Continuing to construct dozer guard around the northwest perimeter east of Beauval with heavy equipment and crews suppressing.

 

Division E: Monitoring and providing bucket support as required. Assessing and managing perimeter off Highway 165 near Lac La Plonge.

Crews are demobilizing Parks Canada equipment on Division B and Z. Crews will open up burning berms along the winter road in AM18. Crews in AK20 and AL21 will be working on direct attack with pump and hose. Helicopters will support with crew moves, reconnaissance, slinging, and bucketing. Heavy equipment is constructing dozer guards at Montreal Lake.
