Blowing dust is expected for most of the day until winds abate late this evening.

Where: A large portion of southern Saskatchewan. When: Lasting until this evening. Additional information: A strong low pressure system sits over eastern Saskatchewan this afternoon. South of this low, very strong westerly winds are occurring and will continue until this evening. In addition to strong winds, drier areas may see restricted visibilities in blowing dust.

Winds will gradually weaken this evening. Areas of reduced visibility have also been reported in blowing dust in some locations. If you encounter low visibility in dust while driving, slow down, watch for tail lights, and prepare to stop.
