Montreal Lake Evacuation Support

Evacuation date: July 13 - July 30, 2025

If you were evacuated from Montreal Lake Cree Nation due to wildfire, there is support available to you. Please see below to find out what support you are qualified for.

Emergency Financial Support

If you are a Montreal Lake Cree Nation resident and were over the age of 18 on July 15, 2025, you will receive $500 in emergency financial assistance. The SPSA is working with the community leadership to distribute these funds. More information on how to receive your payment will be available shortly.

Food Support

Montreal Lake Cree Nation evacuees are being supported by community. If you need evacuation support, please contact community leadership or call the SK Wildfire Inquiry line at 1-855-559-5502, available Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (closed on statutory holidays).
