Civic Address Registry
The Civic Address Registry (CAR) is a province-wide standardized system of identifying and locating properties by establishing unique access point locations. The SPSA encourages all communities to utilize this voluntary program to help emergency responders locate Saskatchewan residents in need quickly.

Requesting SPSA Assistance
If you are a responding agency, such as a municipality, town, village or First Nations band, and in need of assistance from the Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency, please complete the SPSA Request for Assistance form and submit it to your nearest Response Centre Area Office.

Provincial Disaster Assistance Program
The Provincial Disaster Assistance Program (PDAP) supports residents, small businesses, agricultural operations, First Nations, non-profits and communities in recovering from natural disasters such as floods, tornadoes, plow winds and other severe weather events.
